A well-known enterprise in Tanzania（Hereinafter referred to as the Customer） approached us with a clear objective: to source high-performance coil carrier semi-trailers that combine safety, durability, and cost-efficiency. The Challenge
Transporting heavy steel coils from port to plant requires equipment that is both robust and economical. Customer needed trailers that could handle demanding conditions while optimizing their total cost of ownership. Initial designs posed logistical challenges, and the customer required a supplier capable of adapting quickly without compromising quality.

Before production, our engineering team visited Customer’s facility to take detailed measurements and assess operational conditions. This ensured the trailers would integrate seamlessly into their workflow.
· Design Innovation for Cost Efficiency
When the first design proved unsuitable for container shipping, our team revised the specifications to allow efficient containerization—dramatically reducing shipping costs while preserving structural integrity.
· Quality Manufacturing & Inspection
All trailers were produced within three weeks and underwent strict quality checks prior to shipment.
· Dedicated After-Sales Support
Upon receipt, when minor damage was found to some components, we promptly honored our warranty and resolved the issue—reinforcing our promise of reliability.
Upon arrival, we provided the customer with detailed assembly layout drawings and offered continuous guidance on site to ensure a smooth and efficient assembly process.
